KOORA

Welcome back.

Snapshot

How to read this: Loudest reflex is the pattern that ran you most this period. Practice fidelity is the proportion of the daily and weekly moves you held. Arrows compare to your previous return.

The path · Thirteen returns across one hundred and eighty days

How to read this: Each return is one assessment. Filled marks are completed. The amber mark is the next return due. Each return is evidence of fidelity, not a test.

KOORA UNFINISHED · A diagnostic for the Finisher

What is running you. What is holding you. Where you go next.

There is a kind of suffering that does not look like suffering. The work that carries your name is the work that does not get done. You do not have a productivity problem, you have a fidelity problem.

UNFINISHED is the diagnostic instrument of KOORA: The Finishing Protocol, a 180-day clinical-grade architecture designed by a board-certified cardiologist for high-functioning professionals whose patterns have been running them quietly. Sixty items across six domains, taken every fifteen days. The pattern is the diagnosis, never the verdict.

KOORA opens once a year. Cohort 1 launched May 2026 in Nairobi. Cohort 2 opens November 2026. Twenty-four seats, a number that is structural rather than arbitrary. Each module opens in the first week of its month. If you miss a module, you do not see it again until the following year. The architecture is non-recoverable on purpose.

About fifteen minutes. Each return is evidence. Each return is the work.

Nothing here is accusation. It is architecture. The pattern is the diagnosis, never the verdict.

KOORA A pause before the next section

KOORA Section 1 of 6

Notice what has been running you these past fifteen days, before you defend it.

Question 1 of 60

Press A, B, C, or D. The next question follows in a moment.

KOORA

One breath.

You have answered sixty items. That is harder than it sounds. Now let us look together.

KOORA Your result

Here is what is running you.

How is this scored?

Each item uses a four-point Likert anchor: Almost never (1), Some weeks (2), Most weeks (3), This is how I live (4). The instrument has sixty items across six sections.

The four reflexes (Complaining, Criticizing, Comparing, Competing) each score 4–16. We classify quiet at ≤44%, active at 45–69%, loud at 70%+. Reverse-scored items in ALCARRA, the four needs (filled), forces, fidelities, faculties, and the daily practice flip the scale so that high scores indicate embodied capacity rather than absence.

The tier resolver selects which of the six covenant variants (Self · Body · Craft · People · Future · World) you see at each retake, mapped from your chosen day on the 180-day path. Day 0 is your baseline; Day 14/30 is the Self covenant; Day 45/60 is Body; and so on through to Day 180, the Sealing.

Your responses are stored in your browser only. Nothing is shared until you choose to email your report. The scoring methodology is observational - the pattern is the diagnosis, never the verdict.

The four reflexes · Pattern profile

How to read this: Each reflex scores 0 to 16. Quiet ran rarely. Active ran often enough to notice. Loud dominated this period. The arrow shows movement since your last return.

The Allegiance Matrix · How the loudest reflex broke each faculty

Choose one faculty. That is your one move for the next fifteen days.

How to read this: The matrix shows the four reflexes against the four faculties of fidelity. The gold-bordered row is your loudest reflex this period. Below it, the fingerprint shows specifically how that reflex broke each faculty.

The seven postures · ALCARRA, the week as you lived it

How to read this: Each posture scores 1 to 4. Strong means the posture was alive in your week. Thin means it was barely present. ALCARRA names the seven daily commitments that compose a coherent week.

The four needs · Filled, or substituted

Where filled is low and substituted is high, the substitute has been keeping you from the real thing.

How to read this: Each need has two columns. Filled is how met the genuine need was. Substituted is how much you reached for a counterfeit. High filled with low substituted is health. The reverse is the warning.

The forces of necessity · What moved you

If two forces feel close, choose the heavier one. That is the active force for today.

How to read this: The four forces are the obligations that move a Finisher from intention to motion. Duty is who you are honoring. Opus is what was given you to build. Declaration is what you put on record. Identity is who you must become.

The four fidelities · What you held this period

A covenant is sealed by these four together, not by any one of them alone.

How to read this: The four fidelities test whether you kept what was yours to keep, across mind, heart, will, and hand. Each scores 1 to 4.

The four faculties of fidelity · Direct measure

These four are the territories the reflexes break. Their direct measure is the cleanest read of where return is asked.

How to read this: The four faculties of fidelity, named by the Allegiance Matrix, are the territories the reflexes break. Embodied is held. Beginning is the next place to grow.

The practice · Sunrise, sunset, return
Fidelity rate
0%
Across the six daily and weekly moves of the practice.

How to read this: Six moves compose the practice. The Seal at sunrise. The Daily Reset after the Seal. The evening question at sunset. The 24-hour return when you fall. The Friday cohort. The Sunday sealing.

The threshold map · where you tend to break

Most patterns do not break in one place. They break in a particular threshold. Mark the one most true for you over the past fifteen days.

How to read this: The five thresholds are before beginning, after beginning, at resistance, near completion, and after falling. Knowing yours moves the work from generic discipline to specific repair.

The covenant in motion

How to read this: Each month carries one covenant. The covenant has three lines. The Promise names what you are stopping. The Practice names the daily move. The Evidence names how you will know.

The cost of this pattern · two horizons

If this pattern continues for thirty more days, what does it cost you?

One sentence. Concrete. Optional, but powerful. What you write travels with your report.

Five years from now, what will you wish you had named today?

Your own words, written back to you

When tomorrow begins, I will...

One specific sentence. The smallest first move you can make in the next twenty-four hours. If-then planning is the bridge between insight and behaviour.

You are permitted to fall. You are not permitted to stop returning.

About the author

Meet Dr. Job Mogire

Dr. Job Mogire at his desk
MD, FACC · Cardiologist · Author · Speaker

Dr. Job Mogire is a cardiologist by trade and a builder by vocation. He spends his clinical hours listening for what the heart is doing, and his other hours listening for what a life is doing - what it is finishing, what it is leaving unfinished, and what it would take for it to begin to close the gap.

He is the founder of House of Mastery and the architect of KOORA: The Finisher’s Protocol, a 180-day path for adults who are tired of beginning. His writing and speaking address the work nobody is rewarded for and everyone is judged by - the part of life where becoming actually happens.

This instrument is one of his quieter offerings. It does not ask you to share anything publicly. It asks you to be honest with yourself for sixty minutes, and to let what you find sit with you.
