Welcome back.
How to read this: Loudest reflex is the pattern that ran you most this period. Practice fidelity is the proportion of the daily and weekly moves you held. Arrows compare to your previous return.
How to read this: Each return is one assessment. Filled marks are completed. The amber mark is the next return due. Each return is evidence of fidelity, not a test.
An instrument for the part of life that does not announce itself.
There is a kind of suffering that does not look like suffering. The work that carries your name is the work that does not get done. You do not have a productivity problem, you have a fidelity problem.
Below are six statements written for the part of you that has been quietly carrying the most. Notice which ones land. That is the room this audit was built for. After the statements, a note from the man who built it, then the audit itself.
Nothing here is accusation. It is architecture. The pattern is the diagnosis, never the verdict.
No one else gets to see this, it’s yours.

You finished.
Sixty items. That is harder than it sounds. Especially the honest answers. Take one breath. Stretch and grab some water. Are you ready to see your result?
Here is what is running you.

How is this scored?
Each item uses a four-point Likert anchor: Almost never (1), Some weeks (2), Most weeks (3), This is how I live (4). The instrument has sixty items across six sections.
The four reflexes (Complaining, Criticising, Comparing, Competing) each score 4–16. We classify quiet at ≤44%, active at 45–69%, loud at 70%+. Reverse-scored items in ALCARRA, the four needs (filled), forces, fidelities, faculties, and the daily practice flip the scale so that high scores indicate embodied capacity rather than absence.
The tier resolver selects which of the six covenant variants (Self · Body · Craft · People · Future · World) you see at each retake, mapped from your chosen day on the 180-day path. Day 0 is your baseline; Day 14/30 is the Self covenant; Day 45/60 is Body; and so on through to Day 180, the Sealing.
The scoring methodology is observational - the pattern is the diagnosis, never the verdict.
How to read this: Each reflex scores 0 to 16. Quiet ran rarely. Active ran often enough to notice. Loud dominated this period. The arrow shows movement since your last return.
ALCARRA is the daily practice that moves you from awareness to action to accountability. That is the path of a finisher.
Every need always gets fed. The only question is whether you feed it with the real thing, or with a false substitute. Filled is how much each need was met by the real thing. Substituted is how much you reached for the counterfeit. High filled with low substituted is health. The reverse is the warning. Where the substitute is loudest, the real need is most starved.
The four forces work together, not separately. Most people carry a bit of each. Duty (whom you honour), Opus (what you were given to build), Declaration (what you put on record), Identity (who you must become). Real power lies in having a lot of each, all working together.
A covenant is not made; it is kept. Keeping it requires alignment between what you think (Mind), what you feel (Heart), what you choose (Will), and what you do (Hand). These four fidelities are the daily machinery of covenant-keeping. When all four hold together, the covenant is sealed. When even one drifts, the whole covenant slips.
Attention, Allegiance, Integrity, Return. These are the four inner faculties the reflexes break. When measured directly, they show you exactly where the repair is asked. The lowest score is your next move; the highest is the strength to lean on while you make it.
That is the end of your result.
You can seal your covenant and download your report next. Are you ready?
